I haven’t had much to do on my day off so I decided to watch a movie. I should have spent the time studying but my book is underneath the bed of a guy who is asleep. I don’t want to wake him up and I really don’t want to study so its quite convenient for me. The movie that played was Pirates III - I’m sure some of you out there have seen it. The last time I went to watch it I almost didn’t because I ended up with tickets in a different theater than the rest of us. Luckily for me, I talked to the manager and got a ticket to the correct place and made a girl very happy. We ended up sitting about 5 feet away from the screen so I had a hard time telling what the hell was going on. Most people that sit that close either go blind or get motion sickness. This time I was lucky enough to be able to see the whole screen and the movie made a bit more sense. Now, you might ask, why in the world would I be writing about pirates? The girl I love adores pirates - watching this movie reminded me of her. I cope with loneliness by trying to stay as busy as possible. When I’m not busy - I tend to notice it. So, for once I feel like a human should because there is an emotion involved. I tend to shut them out whenever I can - feeling cold helps you out in life but it can make you a bit of a cynic. I’m not all cold on the inside - you’re only seeing the thick outer shell.
